Le poste

Relevant du chef des ventes national, le représentant auprès des spécialistes – produits biosimilaires / immunologie est responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs annuels de vente et d'affaires au sein de son territoire. L'atteinte de ces objectifs s'effectue en partenariat avec des médecins et d'autres professionnels de la santé à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du milieu hospitalier universitaire et communautaire, et des cliniques, dans le but de changer les comportements en matière de prescription, de combler les lacunes existant dans les soins de santé et d'améliorer les résultats thérapeutiques.

Responsabilités

- Exerce efficacement ses responsabilités commerciales dans le territoire qui lui est attribué, en montrant une compréhension complète du secteur de la santé, en identifiant et en évaluant les clients clés (professionnels de la santé) et en exécutant les activités pertinentes pour soutenir le ou les produits assignés tout en suivant une approche orientée vers le client.
- Assume dans son territoire les responsabilités de son équipe et contribue à l'élaboration et à la mise en place de plans d'action communs afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise. La capacité de travailler à la fois en équipe et de façon individuelle est essentielle.
- Agit au nom de notre société-mère dans un environnement commercial complexe, constamment remodelé par les activités de la concurrence, la législation gouvernementale, les pratiques des hôpitaux et les progrès technologiques.

Le titulaire du poste doit remplir ses fonctions en toute conformité avec l'engagement de notre société-mère envers son code de conduite, le programme Nos valeurs et normes, les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, les normes de l'industrie ainsi que toutes les lois et tous les règlements applicables.

Études, expérience et compétences requises

- Baccalauréat dans un champ d'études connexe.
- Expérience et résultats démontrés en tant que représentant pharmaceutique (expérience auprès des spécialistes, un atout important).
- Connaissance du marché des produits biologiques et biosimilaires (atout important).
- Connaissance du domaine de la gastroentérologie et/ou de la rhumatologie.
- Compréhension éprouvée du système de remboursement des produits d'immunologie.
- L'expérience en rhumatologie est considérée comme un atout.
- Capacité à rapidement apprendre et communiquer des concepts et des données scientifiques.
- Capacité à participer à une discussion complexe portant sur la gestion d'un patient, dans laquelle le candidat peut utiliser efficacement ses connaissances de la maladie et du produit ainsi que l'accès au marché et l'expertise de soutien du médecin pour maximiser la valeur offerte à nos clients.
- Capacité à analyser, produire, exécuter et suivre un plan d'affaire propre au territoire.
- Capacité éprouvée à bâtir rapidement des réseaux et des relations basés sur la confiance et sur une approche orientée vers le client sans égal.
- Compétences élevées au niveau des négociations et de la gestion des objections et de l'adversité.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe interfonctionnelle se trouvant sur le terrain et dans un bureau.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique et des logiciels connexes.
- Capacité à voyager (déplacement provincial et parfois national).
- Un dossier parfait au niveau de l'éthique et de la conformité à la réglementation de l'industrie.
- Permis de conduire valide.
- Compétences linguistiques: Anglais.
