Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator—a key support role dedicated to driving a seamless, full-cycle recruitment process for both project-based and operational hires. In this temporary contract position, you’ll have the opportunity to quickly immerse yourself in our collaborative environment, respond to evolving project needs, and make a measurable impact within a defined timeframe. What You Will Do

Full-Cycle Recruitment Support:

- Facilitate candidate flow from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
- Draft and send employment agreements, conduct reference checks, and support onboardinglogistics.

Project-Based Hiring:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand project requirements and staffing needs specific to the Architecturaland Engineeringsector
- Adapt recruitment strategies to meet fluctuating project demands and timelines.
- Maintainaccuraterecords in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment legislation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment projects and process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
- Liaise with third-party staffing agencies as needed for contract/temphires.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, ideally within the AEC or related industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ProficiencyinDayforce Recruitment or other ATS,and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
