Deliverables - Source top talent creatively using social media, networking, referrals, and databases. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine our strategies. - Build strong relationships with hiring managers and team members, offering responsive, people-focused support. - Coordinate university and college recruitment campaigns. - Prepare employment agreements, offer letters, and other documentation. - Lead and troubleshoot all aspects of onboarding—from preboarding to Day 1 and beyond—to ensure a smooth, engaging start for new team members. - Coordinate and support "Day in the Life" experiences for prospective hires or new team members to deepen role understanding and cultural connection. - Support team member experience initiatives, including check-ins and continuous feedback loops. - Support compensation processes including pay equity and market competitiveness reviews. - Take on other HR projects and learning opportunities as needed. What You Bring - Post-secondary education in HR or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Familiarity with HRIS tools; BambooHR experience is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems. - High integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality. - Flexibility and initiative to contribute beyond your core role. Work Location - Hybrid: mix of remote and on-site work. - Occasional travel to Palmerston and Kitchener offices.
