Key Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of client administration and escalations
• Process client trades as directed by Wealth Advisors
• Coordinate seminars and marketing material efficiently
• Track reports for Wealth Advisors' performance metrics
• Collaborate effectively across business lines
Requirements:
• Experience in the securities industry required
• CIRO-approved Investment Representative (IR) status
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous organizational skills and time management
