Key Responsibilities
• Manage full project lifecycle from proposal to execution
• Lead drilling engineering for exploratory and disposal well projects
• Develop detailed well designs and drilling programs
• Prepare and oversee Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) documents
• Provide project oversight for safe and compliant operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum, geological, or mining engineering
• Minimum 5 years of drilling engineering experience
• Proficient in well design and drilling program execution
• Experienced in cost tracking and AFE preparation
• Willingness to travel 10% and hold a valid driver's license Utilize your engineering expertise to tackle challenges and support RESPEC’s mission in drilling solutions.
