Key Responsibilities
• Direct all phases of drilling projects and engineering efforts
• Create and implement detailed drilling programs and well designs
• Manage cost estimates, budgets, and AFE preparation
• Monitor project performance and risk management
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient field operations
Requirements:
• Degree in petroleum, geological, or mining engineering
• Minimum of five years of relevant drilling experience
• Excellent problem-solving and project leadership skills
• Experience with completions engineering is an asset
