Benefits of working at Ontario Health may include the following based on employment type:** * Develop and foster effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to health care providers, administrators, patient and family advisors, project teams, and committees.* Plan, develop and support knowledge translation and exchange activities for various clinical initiatives/programs.* Support integration within OH departments on related work and support other initiatives within the ORN as needed.* Perform cross-functional tasks and/or other duties within transplant funding, planning and performance, as required.* In consultation with teams, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and preparing reports and presentations* Support priority panels, communities of practice, and working groups.* Manage multiple projects concurrently within timelines.* Develop and present materials using excellent written, verbal, and graphical communications skills.* Coordinate project documentation, communications, project schedules and timelines under the direction of the Manager.* Provide support and coordinate meetings for internal and external groups, including organizing meeting logistics, preparing meeting materials, tracking action items, and ensuring appropriate follow up.* Determines program/operational requirements and translates these into solutions that achieve objectives and/or address key issues; implements and monitors/tests the recommendations/solutions developed* Maintains documentation and make slight modifications and/or suggest improvement as required.* Required: Undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline (clinical epidemiology, health sciences, health services research, health or business administration) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree is preferred.* Required: Minimum three to five years of related experience. Experience in a health care environment is preferred.* Experience with preparing meeting minutes, briefing notes, presentations and reports (e.g. policy papers and evidence summaries).* Expertise and experience in data analysis, and information gathering and synthesis.* Experience with applying project management methodologies.* Experience working with clinical experts, patient and family advisors and health care administrators.* A strong understanding of the Ontario health care landscape.* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills, with experience engaging and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely articulate key messages that resonate with different stakeholders and audiences, effectively engage a focused group of stakeholders, create and deliver effective presentations, and prepare briefing notes and reports.* Superior attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage several tasks.* Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; skilled in creating products (e.g. papers, reports, presentations, diagrams) for multiple audiences.* Ability to define problems, find solutions and provide well-articulated recommendations to the Manager.* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create effective presentations, address questions and prepare reports, proposals, and position statements.* Ability to ensure completed work outputs meet key program objectives, and adhere to standards, protocols and guidelines.* Highly productive and motivated, capable of quality output and able to multitask and prioritize assignments to meet timelines and manage competing priorities.* Creative and forward thinking, with a desire to learn and take on new opportunities.* Self-directed, with enthusiasm, initiative and demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve deadlines.* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and exercise high caliber judgment.* Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a degree of uncertainty or ambiguity.* Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and be committed to organizational health, culture, and values.**Location:** Ontario Health supports a hybrid work environment and has office locations across the province.
