The Chief of Staff at Prophix is a high-impact, highly trusted leadership role operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational effectiveness. You will act as an extension of the CRO—owning cross-functional initiatives, strengthening executive operating rhythms, and ensuring the company’s priorities translate into measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-growing B2B SaaS environments, brings strong operational and business acumen, and can lead through influence rather than authority. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Requirements
What You Will Do
Executive Partnership & Strategic Execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CRO, helping shape priorities, decision frameworks, and execution plans
- Translate company strategy into clear operating plans, goals, and cross-functional initiatives with defined ownership and outcomes
- Prepare the CRO for key internal and external engagements, act as a proxy when appropriate/
Executive Team Effectiveness & Operating Rhythm
- Drive Revenue Leadership Team (RLT) effectiveness by designing agendas, facilitating meetings, and ensuring rigorous follow-through on commitments
- Manage key operating cadences (planning, quarterly business reviews, and OKRs)
- Ensure alignment across Finance, Product, GTM, Customer Success, and Operations as Prophix scales
Cross-Functional Initiatives & Special Projects
- Lead high-priority, complex initiatives that cut across functions—mobilizing teams, defining milestones, and unblocking execution
- Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs before they impact the business
- Operate as a “Swiss Army knife” for ambiguous, high-stakes problems requiring structured thinking and decisive action
Operational Rigor & Business Performance
- Work with Analytics to help establish clear metrics, dashboards, and executive insights that connect strategy to performance
- Partner closely with Finance to ensure planning, budgeting, and performance management support Prophix’s growth goals
- Drive continuous improvement in how decisions are made, communicated, and executed

Required Qualifications
- A mix of experience, training, or education that helps you succeed in this role.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, strategy, operations, consulting, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles
- Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Strong business and financial acumen; comfort working with metrics, forecasts, and operating plans
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready insights
- Strong interpersonal skills with the judgment and discretion required for sensitive matters
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
- Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
- Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
- Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent degree
- Background in Revenue Operations, sales, or operating system design
- Experience supporting Board or investor interactions
