District Manager- Liquor Division

1. Enforcing all company policies, procedures, and values.
2. Ensuring the customer front of house customer service meets and exceeds expectations and addressing all customer concerns, requests, discounts, and promotions.
3. Developing and generating marketing plans and strategy.
4. Setting up live inventory and conducting inventory counts.
5. Maintaining patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing store appearance, cleanliness, merchandising, and promotional offerings, initiating improvements, coaching, and building relationships with the Management team.
6. Merchandising and submitting inspection reports.
7. Reviewing video surveillance & recording any broken policies.
8. Undertaking work practices in accordance with relevant Federal and Provincial Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations.
9. Coaching managers on the Company's operations best practices including merchandising, inventory levels and tracking, hiring, and day-to-day operations.
10. Overseeing day-to-day operations at one of our 14 locations in the event of an emergency, for a short period of time.
11. Supporting the General Manager, Manager of Store Operations & District Manager of store operations in the event of launching a new location.
12. Conducting monthly Audit Reports and Store Inspection Reports.
13. Other duties as directed.
District Manager – Liquor Division must have their own reliable transportation, insurance, and valid driver's license to get to and from work within the Vancouver Island area.
