We are hiring a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant to join our growing team. The FSC Consultants are experienced professionals on our project teams accountable for understanding the overall solution design, understanding use cases and requirements, building out the declarative aspects of the solution, writing technical tickets, and authoring supporting documentation. They work closely with various technical and non-technical team members across comprehensive and strategic projects.
They are experienced in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and can easily complete out-of-the-box configurations. They are keenly interested in understanding our customers' business, have a deep curiosity, and can explore the “why” behind how our customers work. They possess strong business analysis skills, take an empathetic approach to requirements gathering and facilitate customer workshops. The consultant ensures that proposed, or built solutions will drive the desired business outcomes. For smaller projects, the FSC Consultant takes full ownership of the solution design. They are in relentless pursuit of ensuring we deliver value for customers.

In This Role, You Will:
1. Design and manage the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that meet business requirements for various-sized projects
2. Lead the effort to design, build and configure FSC applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
3. Create build tickets for implementation detailing the technical requirements to meet the user story acceptance criteria
4. Assist with client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements where needed
5. Refine implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
6. Document requirements in the form of user stories
7. Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
8. Assist in end-user acceptance testing by developing the test cases and the acceptance criteria
9. Lead knowledge sharing sessions with the client and provide the user documentation required for supporting the system in the future
10. Present solution options to customer, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
11. Perform impact analysis for scope change requests; document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
12. Participate in declarative system configuration when necessary
13. Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams
14. Participate in training content development and Administrator and end-user training delivery
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
1. 3+ years working as part of a professional services team within a consulting practice
2. 1+ years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations
3. Salesforce Administrator or/and Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator certification
4. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification (or the ability to obtain this within 2 months)
5. Well-versed in application design, data integration, and security architecture
6. Ability to create and lead workshops, information-gathering sessions, and client presentations as required
7. Experience working in an agile environment
8. Fintech or financial services industry experience is a must
