Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and process legal documents and communication
• Assist in corporate filings and transactions
• Organize and manage lawyer calendars efficiently
• Prepare billing details and handle expense reports
• Regularly update clients and internal teams on file progress
Requirements:
• Preferred certification as a Legal Administrative Assistant
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional role
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
