Key Responsibilities
• Lead and train valve assembly and repair teams
• Ensure workflow aligns with business objectives

• Assist in creation of work orders and safety documents
• Facilitate coordination with Quality Control team
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with 5 years in valves/oilfield
• Previous lead hand or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of valve products and repair processes
• Strong mechanical inclination and tool functionality knowledge
