e-Trak Technological Solutions (a division of GRYB International Inc.) designs, manufactures, and markets high-performance products for heavy-duty vehicles. Our range includes range limiters, 2D excavation systems, and scales for wheel loaders. Challenges for the Territory Director Position – e-Trak Technological Solutions Under the responsibility of the Sales Director and in collaboration with the internal sales team, the Territory Director will be responsible for developing and expanding the e-Trak distributor network in their assigned territory, which includes Eastern Québec, New Brunswick, and the Maritime provinces. The main goal: recruit new distributors, optimize existing partnerships, and drive growth by identifying, targeting, and converting new distribution partners. Your main responsibilities - Actively hunt for new distribution opportunities by targeting potential partners and building a strong network of distributors. - Implement a proactive prospecting strategy: cold calls, visits to potential distributors, networking, and participation in industry events to meet new partners. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of e-Trak solutions to position the products as essential for distributors. - Ensure a dynamic distributor recruitment process: needs qualification, product presentation, contract negotiation, and integration of distributors into the e-Trak network. - Achieve and exceed distributor network development objectives through a proactive, results-oriented approach. - Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers in partner companies to maximize distributor performance. - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure optimal distributor support, from training to solution implementation, as well as marketing support. - Continuously monitor the market and industry trends to identify the best distribution and expansion opportunities in the technology sector. Desired profile - A true "hunter" with a strong focus on acquiring distributors and achieving objectives. - Proven experience in partnership development or distributor search, ideally in the technology solutions sector. - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing distributor networks or B2B business development, with a successful track record in prospecting and negotiating partnerships. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple partnership opportunities simultaneously and work under pressure. - Strong initiative and autonomy in achieving results. - Availability for frequent travel (4–5 days on the road covering Eastern Quebec and the Maritime provinces). - Valid driver's license. - A growing company with strong development potential in the distribution field. - A dynamic work environment where initiative is valued and supported. - Competitive compensation with an attractive commission plan based on the performance of recruited and supported distributors. - Disability Insurance - Supplementary Health Insurance - Life Insurance - Paid Time Off - Mobile days (more than the standard) - Group RRSP (Canada Life) with employer contribution - Workers' Fund (Fondaction) with employer contribution - Corporate clothing fully paid - Company events - Employee Assistance Program - Competitive compensation, negotiable based on experience.
