Description:
- We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Consultant with 7+ years of experience, this person will be responsible for analyzing digital performance across our website, marketing channels, and customer segments to provide actionable recommendations.
- Focus on optimizing ROAS, improving conversion rates, and delivering insights that drive strategic decisions for content personalization, A/B testing, and website optimization.
- The role will directly influence how we engage and convert customers across digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and marketing performance data to identify opportunities for increasing conversion rates, improving ROAS, and optimizing the customer journey.
Provide actionable insights for improving the overall performance of the website and digital marketing channels.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments focused on optimizing landing pages, forms, CTAs, and content.
Measure and report on the impact of experiments to continuously improve web and campaign performance.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer segments based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data. Provide recommendations for targeted marketing strategies, personalized content, and tailored experiences for different customer segments.
Conversion Funnel Analysis: Dive into the customer conversion journey across the website and marketing touchpoints.
Identify drop-off points, friction areas, and opportunities to enhance user experience and conversion rates, particularly within forms, product pages, and checkout flows.
Content Personalization: Collaborate with marketing and UX teams to implement personalized content strategies.
Leverage user data to create dynamic content that resonates with specific audience segments, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key metrics such as ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement. Communicate insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Strategic Recommendations: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, UX/UI design, and product management, to implement data-driven recommendations that improve web performance and meet business objectives.
Website Optimization: Identify areas of the website, including forms, navigation, content, and functionality, that can be optimized to enhance user experience and drive better conversion outcomes. Collaborate with the web development team to implement enhancements.
Data Quality & Accuracy: Ensure the integrity of tracking, tagging, and data collection practices, conducting regular audits and troubleshooting as needed to maintain high-quality, actionable data.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7-10 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or data analysis, with a focus on conversion optimization and digital performance.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related platforms.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation to optimize digital experiences and improve KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation strategies and the ability to analyze customer data to deliver tailored insights and recommendations.
- Expertise in website optimization, with a particular focus on improving user experience, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Experience with content personalization strategies, leveraging data to create personalized experiences across web and email campaigns.
- Solid understanding of ROAS, customer acquisition, and conversion metrics for performance marketing.
- Experience woriing on A/B Testing
- Good data visualization and reporting skills
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working in a Databricks Environment
- Advanced Analytics skills with 2-3 years of experience working on Statistical techniques and Data science models
