Key Responsibilities

¢ Coordinate and standardize processes for train operations â€
¢ Supervise compliance with rail operating plans â€
¢ Drive safety and efficiency metrics across teams â€
¢ Provide leadership in rule compliance and staff engagement â€
¢ Assist with crew transportation to trains when necessary
Requirements:

¢ Experience as a conductor or locomotive engineer a plus â€
¢ A valid driver's license required â€
¢ Open to working flexible shifts â€
¢ Excellent troubleshooting and communication capabilities â€
