Job Description:

Seeking a Data Modeler II with a product-driven, start-up mindset to lead end-to-end development of innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value for Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development

- Build advanced data science solutions leveraging oil & gas industry and SCM expertise.
- Design and optimize ETL pipelines in Azure Databricks, Microsoft Dataflow, Dataverse, and Oracle ADW.
- Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions.
- Integrate solutions with enterprise data platforms and visualization tools.
- Develop master datasets supporting procurement, spend, and market intelligence analytics.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of SCM or product development experience.
- Advanced expertise in data science: statistical/predictive analysis, sentiment analysis, ML, and visualization.
- Strong skills in Python, PySpark, Databricks, and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Dataflow, Dataverse, Power Automate, Model-driven Apps).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and Oracle Cloud (SCM, A/P, Projects, Finance).
- SQL and Alteryx experience a plus.
- Industry knowledge: Oil & Gas, SCM Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Pay processes.
- Skilled in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and project documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (SCM), Data Science, Engineering, or related field
