Now Hiring: Data Modeler II Duration: 12+ Months Contract (extension possible based on performance) Hybrid Model: In-office (Mon, Tue, Thu) | Remote (Wed, Fri) Seeking a Data Modeler II with a product-driven, start-up mindset to lead end-to-end development of innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value for Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities Build advanced data science solutions leveraging oil & gas industry and SCM expertise. Design and optimize ETL pipelines in Azure Databricks, Microsoft Dataflow, Dataverse, and Oracle ADW. Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions. Integrate solutions with enterprise data platforms and visualization tools. Develop master datasets supporting procurement, spend, and market intelligence analytics. Ensure compliance with data governance and company policies. Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of SCM or product development experience. Advanced expertise in data science: statistical/predictive analysis, sentiment analysis, ML, and visualization. Strong skills in Python, PySpark, Databricks, and prompt engineering. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Dataflow, Dataverse, Power Automate, Model-driven Apps). In-depth knowledge of SAP and Oracle Cloud (SCM, A/P, Projects, Finance). SQL and Alteryx experience a plus. Industry knowledge: Oil & Gas, SCM Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Pay processes. Skilled in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and project documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (SCM), Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
