Responsibilities

- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical activities to align project specifications, drawings, and codes
- Manage and track M&E schedules, including submissions, deliveries, installations, and inspections
- Review drawings, identify conflicts, and manage information flow to prevent coordination issues
- Oversee functional testing and commissioning of building systems
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents with RFIs, shop drawing reviews, schedule updates, and close-out documentation
- Maintain ongoing communication with subcontractors to ensure milestones and quality standards are met
- Contribute to the preparation of M&E scopes of work and tender packages by reviewing drawings, specifications, and budgets
- Apply Ledcor’s Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) Plan to ensure full compliance with OH&S regulations, codes, and company standards

Qualifications

- 2 - 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical coordination within Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations, Transit Stations or other complex buildings
- Post-secondary education in civil engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, and engineering principles
- Proven ability to identify, document, and resolve technical or coordination issues proactively
- Skilled in managing subcontractors, schedules, and quality standards
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management and M&E coordination software

- Site based position in Scarborough, Ontario
