**Looking For**:We are looking for a Site Supervisor and/or Jr Site Supervisor to join our team. One who will be able to coordinate and oversee activities on a construction job site. Driven, organized, attentive to details, ability to problem solve, and able to satisfy the project/clients needs are all qualities that are important for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow Frank Pellegrino General Contracting’s Health and Safety Policy and Procedure
- Follow COR Guidelines for a safe workplace
- Accomplish project goals by defining a scope of the project, determining required resources and allocating resources
- Coordinate with all parties (subcontractors, supervisors, management) on site and off site to meet schedules
- Supervise and delegate staff to remain on task and proactive.
- Conduct regular inspections of site
- Organize all data of project for Project Management and future projects

**Requirements**:

- Ability to supervise, coordinate and collaborate with a team
- Valid Class G driver's license
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Able to understand and interpret drawings and specifications
- Remain professional at all times and in all interactions
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Experience: minimum 3 years of construction experience

**Schedule**: Day Shift / Monday - Friday (Typical)

**Job Type**: Full-time Temporary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
