Are you a driven and dedicated professional looking to excel in a dynamic dental practice? James W. Childress DDS Inc. is seeking a proactive Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our talented clinical and front-office teams to ensure exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Appointment Management: Proactively schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of our dental team's schedule.
- Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance preauthorizations to streamline patient visits.
- Financial Administration: Collect co-pays, manage patient financial records accurately, and follow up on outstanding balances and insurance claims.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various front desk duties including answering phones, patient check-in/out, and maintaining office records.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a key team player, supporting colleagues during busy periods and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in treatment or financial coordination in a dental setting.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient care and customer service excellence.
- Detail Orientation: Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in dental software (preferably Open Dental), insurance processing, and financial administration.
- Professionalism: Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance plans, and accounts receivables.
