Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada team by executing recruitment initiatives with the goal to increase PBC's potential for success in all areas of attraction and selection. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide full end to end recruitment support for frontline and early talent roles.

Responsibilities

1. Communicate with Hiring Managers, HR Partners and the candidates through the recruitment process.
2. Broaden the sourcing philosophy for front-line roles to ensure that there is sufficient candidate generation across various geographies.
3. Post jobs for frontline roles, with a focused effort on national co-op postings.
4. Screen candidates to ensure that they fit the respective job specifications.
5. Accountable for initiating the back-check process for candidates and communicating results with the TACs to ensure hiring speed.
6. Utilize various digital platforms to source talented candidates.
7. Use our Applicant Tracking System to update and maintain accurate candidate records.
8. Schedule candidates, send confirmation emails, and compile interview feedback.
9. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business.
2. 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or HR specialist capacity.
3. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
4. Experience in tasks which involve a high level of execution.
5. Solid knowledge of hiring practices and employment legislation.
6. Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, prioritize, and manage a variety of differing tasks.
7. Demonstrated team player, critical thinker, and willingness to learn and drive results.
8. Excellent interpersonal, organization, and written communication skills.
9. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
10. Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite.
