Key responsibilities include:

1. Build and grow a book of business through strategic cold calls and emails
2. Focus on mid to large-size organizations across the US, overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure
3. Develop and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline to exceed monthly and annual quotas
4. Foster long-term relationships with IT Management teams and ensure client satisfaction
5. Address client issues and concerns promptly and professionally
6. Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors and manufacturers
7. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline
8. Collaborate with your manager and team to enhance your sales skills

What you bring to the table:

Additional qualifications:

1. A college degree or Bachelor's degree
2. Experience in a customer facing type role
3. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing previous role expectations.

A strong asset if you have:

1. 1-2 years of sales experience (e.g., account executive, account manager)
2. Experience in selling technology solutions and/or complex technical sales.
3. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation software.
4. Previous experience in B2B or enterprise-level sales.

Compensation:

Base from 50K - 80K (depending on your industry experience)

The on-target earnings (including commission) in year 1 range from:

1. AE: 56K to 66K
2. AE II: 75K to 85K
3. Senior AE: 100K to 110K

Commissions are uncapped, exceeding the target generates significantly greater income
