As we continue to grow, we're looking for a professional Vehicle Q/A Coordinator, with an attention to detail, to join our Purchasing team.

**Job Title:** Vehicle Q/A Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

The Vehicle Q/A Coordinator ensures the quality and integrity of our vehicle purchases through inspections and test drives. This role involves meeting customers on-site, performing detailed vehicle assessments, and providing critical information to our closers. Additionally, the coordinator will handle off-site vehicle pickups, manage the registration transfer process with our insurance provider, and stock inventory through security.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles for cosmetic, mechanical, and electrical damage.

Perform test drives to identify any potential issues.

Fill out detailed condition reports and perform OBD scans.

Relay accurate and comprehensive information to closers.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Identify and prevent fraudulent or stolen vehicles from being sold to the company.

Visit customers' homes to pick up vehicles and drive them back to base using D plates.

Manage the registration transfer process with our insurance provider.

Stock inventory through security.

Take photos of all vehicles for documentation and marketing purposes.

**Requirements:**

Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

Proficient mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose issues from visual, audio, and handling cues.

Experience with vehicle inspections and condition reporting.

Ability to perform OBD scans and interpret results.

Professional demeanor and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

VSA License
