Production Supervisor – Metal Fabrication
Brantford, ON | $68K–$70K + Overtime + Bonus + Pension

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading a team of up to 30 production employees on rotating shifts
- Using an ERP system to track and manage production activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards
- Supporting scheduling, payroll, and shift planning
- Troubleshooting minor equipment and production issues
- Training, coaching, and mentoring your team
- Leading health & safety meetings and driving a safety-first mindset

Who We’re Looking For

- Previous leadership experience
- Experience handling disciplinary actions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- ERP system experience is a strong asset
- Computer literate – MS Office proficiency is required
- Committed to safety, quality, and productivity
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Must live within commutable distance to Brantford (no relocation assistance)
