The Strategy and Innovation team within Customer Solutions Delivery, is a dynamic and high performing team that is a key enabler of CSD's go-to-market strategy and strategic program execution. We bring cross-functional teams together to implement and support programs across our Field organization and make strategic decisions on how to execute across our National CSD team. In this role, you/'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and support strategic priorities. This includes leading senior leadership forums, developing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring delivery of strategic priorities through effective collaboration and interlock. You will also lead a team of highly motivated program managers who drive transformational initiatives across the organization. Here are some of the key activities you will spearhead in driving our business forward:
- Plan, facilitate and govern Senior Leadership forums, developing and maintaining governance frameworks and standards to drive effective prioritization and strategic decision-making
- Develop strategic roadmaps and milestones, aligning key initiatives with organizational strategic objectives and ensuring clear pathways to execution
- Lead collaboration and interlock activities to ensure delivery of strategic priorities, connecting upstream stakeholders with Enablement and Operations leaders to work together to improve customer and business outcomes
- Lead and develop a team of highly motivated program managers, providing guidance and strategic oversight for major programs and initiatives, supporting projects end-to-end from ideation to execution
- Create and support executive-level business reviews that are presented to the leadership team
- Drive impactful business outcomes and spearhead change within a new evolving team
- Champion our TELUS values and culture with new TELUS team members
- Support VP scorecard to track objectives and organizational health, providing senior leadership with actionable insights that drive accountability and informed decision-making
- Foster a positive work environment and drive strong engagement outcomes, upholding CSD/'s culture while encouraging innovation, collaboration, and sharing of best practices
- Amplify CSD/'s story and journey through effective communication strategies, ensuring the team is informed, inspired, and connected to the team/'s vision and successes.
Qualifications
You/'re the missing piece of the puzzle
- 7-10 years of experience in telecommunications or related industry
- An undergraduate degree in business or related discipline
- Experience managing others and serving as a consultant to drive improvements in programs, processes and cross-functional relationships
- Strong project management, time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence others and foster ownership within cross-functional teams
- Confident tackling ambiguous problems, bringing structure and process to help shape solutions
- Experience leveraging data, insights and analytics to define problems and priorities
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including creating and delivering presentations
- Self-starter, proactive, takes initiative and ownership of issue/tasks to resolution
- Recognized as being highly collaborative and a strong communicator
- Noted for your curiosity, learning and continuous improvement mindset
Great-to-haves
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
- PMP or similar certification
- Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies (e.g., project management software, data analysis tools)
Salary Range: $102,000-$152,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 20%
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
