Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities from our website
- Follow up on incoming leads via email and phone
- Actively prospect new, existing, and inactive clients
- Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals via CRM
- Manage and update client accounts in the CRM
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare necessary documentation for transactions

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (inside or outside)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP and CRM software
- Must reside on the Island of Montreal
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Car ownership (an asset)
