Our company excels in Home Renovations, New Builds, Decor, and Commercial Projects, delivering top-notch interior design services across various locations, including Vancouver, North Shore and other areas in BC. Position Overview: Are you a dynamic professional with exceptional administrative and procurement skills? Beyond Beige offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, efficient procurement processes, and successful project execution. Responsibilities: Administration: - Manage the company calendar and schedule to optimize team efficiency. - Provide executive support by handling calls, emails, and facilitating day-to-day administrative tasks. - Maintain organized sample library and assist in general office management and maintenance. Procurement: - Utilize your excellent procurement skills to estimate costs and apply markups for vendor items, enhancing our invoicing process. - Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, secure the best deals, and ensure timely delivery of goods. - Contribute to the efficiency of the supply chain and inventory management. Office Coordination: - Oversee office logistics, including facilities management and equipment maintenance. - Collaborate with project teams by coordinating meetings, preparing materials/boardrooms, and managing project-related documentation. - Ensure a well-stocked and organized office environment, demonstrating your proactive approach. Qualifications: - Proven experience in administrative and procurement roles, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment. - A proactive and assertive mindset.
