Travel to Office expectations

For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in‑office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi‑annual and annual team meetings.

For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. Director, Partner Powered Wallet

Seeking a strategic, results‑oriented Director, Partner Powered Wallet to lead the development, sales, and execution of partner‑driven wallet solutions within the post‑acute care sector. This role blends business development, strategic partnerships, and cross‑functional leadership to drive adoption and innovation in our digital wallet ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, digital payments, and partner engagement, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion:

- Define and execute the roadmap for Partner Powered Wallet solutions, aligning with enterprise goals and market dynamics.

- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow wallet adoption across skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior housing, and other post‑acute settings.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

- Sales & Business Development:

- Drive new business development and manage existing accounts, tailoring partner solutions to meet client needs.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed assigned quotas.

- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting on sales activities.

- Partnership Development:

- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners to expand wallet capabilities and drive mutual growth.

- Navigate complex, matrixed organizations to secure buy‑in and streamline partner integrations.

- Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and technology teams to deliver seamless partner experiences and maximize customer satisfaction.

- Influence internal stakeholders to support wallet initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.

- Team Management & Performance:

- Lead and mentor a direct report, fostering professional development and high performance.

- Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and report on wallet performance, partner engagement, and revenue impact.

Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in digital payments, fintech, or partner‑driven solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in healthcare or post‑acute markets.

- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within complex, matrixed organizations.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving capabilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

$220,500 - $245,000 a year

Your total rewards package includes base salary, equity, and benefits. The CA base salary range plus bonus or commission for this position is $220,500 - $245,000 + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more information about our total rewards package during the hiring process.
