We're growing fast across Ontario, and Alberta. And we need someone to own and grow our partner ecosystem.
The Role
This IS a high-volume partner success role
where you'll manage relationships with brokers and realtors who send us deals every month.
What you'll actually do:
Partner Success & Retention (60% of your time):
- Own a portfolio of partners (mortgage brokers, realtors)
- Build deep relationships through consistent touchpoints (weekly/monthly, not quarterly)
- Keep partners engaged and sending deals (your job is growth + retention)
- Handle service issues in real-time
- Problem-solve directly
- Grow wallet share from your assigned partners
Partner Education & Enablement (30% of your time):
- Onboard new partners (training on platform, process, best practices)
- Run partner education sessions (webinars, lunch-and-learns at brokerages)
- Create enablement resources (guides, FAQs, scripts for partners to use with clients)
- Coach partners on how to position Deeded to their clients
- Build partner community (events, case studies, success stories)
Strategic Partner Development (10% of your time):
- Identify and close brokerage-wide partnerships
- Upsell/expand existing relationships (volume commitments, exclusive arrangements)
- Partner with marketing on co-branded initiatives
This role requires:
- High responsiveness (same-day replies to partner texts/emails)
- White-glove service mindset
- Strong presentation skills (you'll be on stage/Zoom frequently)
- Consultative sales ability (relationship-based, not pushy)
- Comfort managing volume (150+ relationships, not 5)
- Scrappy problem-solving (figure it out, don't wait for a playbook)
- Hustle + grit (real estate doesn't sleep, deals happen evenings/weekends)

Managed high-volume portfolios:
- accounts/clients/partners simultaneously
- High-touch, proactive engagement (not set-it-and-forget-it)
- Tracked retention, expansion, engagement metrics
Built relationships through service:
- Turned clients into advocates
- Gone above-and-beyond to solve problems
- Built trust over time (not transactional)
Enabled/educated partners or clients:
- Run training sessions, webinars, or workshops (10+ people)
- Created enablement content (guides, playbooks, resources)
- Comfortable presenting to groups (in-person and virtual)
Sold consultatively:
- Upsold/expanded existing accounts
- Closed partnerships through relationship-building (not cold pitching)
- Comfortable asking for the business
Owned outcomes (not escalated them):
- Rolled up your sleeves when things went sideways
- Figured it out without a perfect playbook
- Stayed on it until the problem was solved
Thrived in fast-paced environments:
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building as you go
- Hustle mentality, bias to action
- Metrics-driven but people-first
