In this role, your procurement lifecycle expertise and proven track record in continuous improvement methodologies will help us advance and refine existing processes. You’ll work on complex projects requiring a high level of support with process development, change, redesign and product management - often collaborating across multi-functional teams. You’ll also support the management of the employee travel and expense program.What you’ll do: What you’ll do:Lead the advancement of process improvement and sustainable methodologies, mainly focusing on the procurement life cycle Document practices and discipline expectations within process optimization methodologyDevelop metrics to evaluate situations where multiple outcomes require integrated assessmentsBuild understanding of process current and future statesCollaborate to ensure plans reflect customer and employee principlesCoach and advise the team and internal partners on successful outcomesDevelop implementation plans to support change management, including partner and stakeholder trainingWhat we’re looking for: Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment Innovative thinker and problem-solver Proven facilitator able to engage and empower others Organized multi-tasker with strong analytical skills Relationship-builder and collaborator Experienced business professional with sound judgment What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development or information technology and five to eight years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Certification in your area of expertise (change management, process optimization or project management) is an asset SAFe certification is an assetIn-depth, practical understanding of change management, project management or process optimization Experience in employee travel and expense management is requiredKnowledge of Lean methodology is an assetYou belong here At FCC, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace - one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
