Desjardins Insurance – Independent Agent Andrew Crichton is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Insurance Account Representative.

Insurance Account Representative – This is an in office position. Remote working is not offered.

Our well established agency is currently seeking to fill the role of Insurance Account Representative. The successful candidate will be an energetic and motivated self-starter. Being a team player that is outgoing with a passion for exceptional customer service is also a must.

Responsibilities

- Selling and servicing Auto, Fire and Living benefit products.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to new as well as existing clients.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Engage with clients and create relationships.
- Work in a team environment to achieve the agency goals.
- Need to be able to quickly respond to client needs and recognize additional opportunities.
- And possess the ability to have fun while doing all of the above

Requirements

- Want to work with a fun, knowledgeable team, focused on helping our clients and community.
- High level of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in problem solving.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Property & Casualty license OTL (preferred/must be able to obtain).
- LLQP license (preferred/must be able to obtain).
- Full Time position
- Salary – very competitive. experience will determine
