**PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL LINES BROKER / ADVISOR**

Are you an energetic, client-focused insurance professional with a solid background in personal lines, ready to take the next step into the commercial insurance realm?

We are looking for a Broker/Advisor who will be responsible for the personal-lines needs of our commercial clients and you will train with our commercial lead with an eye to moving into the commercial account management space in the near term. This is a transition role with great opportunity.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- RIBO licensed, active and in good standing.
- _**Minimum 3 years**_ of experience in a personal lines broker role. Commercial experience would be a bonus but not a prerequisite.
- Experience with Applied EPIC, Policy Works, ARS, and QuickFacts an asset
- Sound decision-making, marketing and negotiating skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills with the ability to adjust to changing workloads and priorities
- An active listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
- The fortitude to put in the effort required in today’s changing market.

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- Competitive salary range _**$55-100K/year**_(based on knowledge, experience and professional designations).
- PLUS: Paid time off - 34 days per year including your birthday

**ADDITIONAL DETAILS**
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts
