Sleep Clinician

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (5 days/week – Saturdays required)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Shifts, No Nights)

Compensation: $35.00–$39.00/hr + up to $5.50/hr in monthly bonuses

Snore MD is looking for a Sleep Clinician to join our Clinic in Delta (Ladner)

Whether you’re a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), this is your chance to step into a predictable daytime role with a meaningful impact

No additional certification is required — Registered or Licensed Nurses can confidently perform this role with all relevant training provided by Snore MD.

About the Role:

As aSleep Clinician, you’ll be at the heart of our patient journey — combining clinical expertise, compassionate care, and ongoing coaching to help patients sleep and live better.

What You’ll Do:

- Empower Better Sleep:Set up and explain home sleep tests to patients in a clear, approachable way.

- Review Results Together:Walk patients through their sleep study results and next steps

- Start the Journey:Initiate and guide patients through CPAP or BiPAP therapy

- Support Every Step:Monitor progress, offer encouragement, and make therapy adjustments

- Educate & Motivate:Help patients build confidence and consistency with their equipment

- Collaborate with Care Teams:Work closely with physicians and internal teams for a seamless care experience

Who We’re Looking For:

- LicensedRN, LPN, RRT, orRRT/ RPSGT / CPSGT (must be licensed in BC)

- At least 2 years experience in BC as an LPN or RN, or an RRT/ RPSGT/ GPSGT having completed their examination and practicum

- Comfortable working onsite in our Ladner (Delta) Clinic

- Available to work on Saturdays (and instead get a weekday off along with Sunday)

- Confidence using computers and new technology (we’ll train you on our systems)

- A proactive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset

- Eligibility to work in Canada
