Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage HR and health and safety staff and delegate tasks and ensure that they are completed efficiently.

· Develop HR strategies, policies and carry out various projects according to the priorities established with the Administrative Director.

· Respond to HR inquiries from employees and supervisors.

· Management of the performance evaluation system.

· Employee relations management and conflict resolution.

· Discipline Management.

· Perform benefits management and compensation for the company.

· Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.

· Manage training and professional development.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in human resources management or management.

· CPHR/CHRP certification is an asset.

· Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources management or as a specialist in one of the HR functions.

· Effective bilingual communication (French and English) both orally and in writing.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Very good communication and teamwork skills.

· Autonomous, analytical with a spirit of initiative.

· Have a valid driver's license.

Compensation and benefits:

· Weekly pay for 45 to 50 hours of work.

· Full-time year-round employment.

· Salary between $85,000 and $110,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

· Bonification for the CPHR/CRHA certification.

· Performance bonus (based on objectives achieved).
