The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of asset lifecycle management, experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow EAM solutions, and the ability to partner with both technical and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. This role requires deep understanding of the Enterprise Asset Management processes, along with strong process consulting capabilities. Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: - Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow modules, including: - Lead process discovery, requirements gathering, and gap analysis workshops for Enterprise Asset Management. - Translate business requirements into ServiceNow EAM functionality, workflows, and configuration recommendations. - Develop to-be processes, process documentation, and functional specifications aligned with EAM best practices. - Collaborate with technical teams to support ServiceNow configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. - Provide subject‑matter expertise on asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, maintenance, operations, tracking, and retirement. - Support data migration, asset model mapping, and CMDB alignment for EAM implementations. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post‑deployment support. - Ensure EAM solutions align with ITIL practices, governance standards, and organizational compliance requirements. - Identify process improvement opportunities and propose automation and optimization strategies using the ServiceNow platform. - Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing thought leadership on EAM capabilities and roadmap enhancements. - Organizational Change Management (OCM) to help organization adopt and transform as they accelerate ServiceNow. - Lead business process workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvements for modules. - Optimize workflows and automation to enhance incident response efficiency and vulnerability remediation. - Provide guidance on platform governance, best practices, and ServiceNow roadmaps. - Support UAT, user training, and documentation for delivered solutions. - Ensure compliance with security standards and policies throughout implementations. Skills and Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience working in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Business Process Consulting. Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (preferably ServiceNow EAM, ITAM, CMDB, or FSM modules). Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes, asset data models, and asset governance. Experience delivering end‑to‑end process design, documentation, and implementation support. Ability to convert complex business needs into clear functional requirements. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Experience in Agile or iterative implementation methodologies. Experience in integrating third‑party security tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, etc.). Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into ServiceNow functional designs. Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 principles and their application in ServiceNow. Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods (APIs, MID Server, etc.) is an advantage. Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and their application in security operations. Strong analytical, communication, and client‑facing skills. Ability to work in agile and fast‑paced environments. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Skills and Certifications ServiceNow certifications – Service Now System Administrator CSA. ServiceNow CIS – ITAM, CMDB, or EAM Experience in related domains (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, FSM). Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills. Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.
