**Job Title**: Technical Lead, ServiceNow

**Location**: G3 Head Office

Reporting to the Director, Architecture and Development, the ServiceNow Technical Lead will guide the strategy and adoption of ServiceNow capabilities at G3. Taking a hands-on approach, the Technical Lead will partner with the Development and Services team to design, develop, deliver, and support solutions that align with business strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the work backlog and lead the implementation of ServiceNow platform improvements. (Upgrades, work automation, security changes, etc.)
- Coach the ServiceNow Administrator in configuring and implementing new ServiceNow solutions
- Automate the copy back and masking of ServiceNow Production data to Non-Production instances
- Lead the integration of the ServiceNow Integration Hub workflows and Azure Data Factory pipelines
- Manage key performance indicators for the ServiceNow environment (e.g. license subscriptions/cost, utilization, performance, health etc.)
- Provide engineering guidance and assistance to troubleshoot and resolve technical ServiceNow issues
- Maximize and measure the value of using the ServiceNow platform to deliver business strategies.
- Create and maintain roadmaps for the adoption of ServiceNow platform enhancements
- Lead and facilitate the creation of fit for purpose ServiceNow governance policies
- Leverage ServiceNow tools and processes to automate processes and stream-line work
- Discover and evaluate new ServiceNow solutions and capabilities from a cost / benefit perspective
- Partner with G3 service providers and vendors to ensure service level agreements and contracts are aligned with business needs.

**Professional Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, computer science, or related field
- Understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
- ServiceNow and/or Azure Certifications would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Broad knowledge of cloud industry trends and emerging technologies
