This role plays a key part in ensuring audience engagement and a strong online presence. You Will:

- Curate engaging content tailored to our audience across various platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies in line with business goals.
- Collaboration closely with the content leads to plan and schedule content.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and tools to ensure the latest best practices are followed.
- Conduct outreach marketing to expand our brand reach.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.

Your Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar visual design tools.
- Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
- Proficiency in G Suite.

Bonus Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with video and podcast production, multiplatform editing.
- Creating social ads.
