The Business Wireless & 5G Specialist represents the wireless 5G and core wireless portfolio, including IoT. Working with a diverse set of accounts across multiple verticals, the Specialist develops, in conjunction with the Enterprise Sales team, solutions to complex business problems. This position requires a strong ability to understand network architecture and mobile technology to solve business challenges and drive results aligned to corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage wireless sales opportunities in an Enterprise based sales portfolio.
- Focus on Cross-Sell, Upsell and Base management opportunities within a defined account base.
- Prospecting and Hunting outside your base for net new Enterprise Size accounts.
- Proactively participate and manage the sales cycle for wireless products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM with a particular focus on dashboards and activity based metrics.
- Utilize TAS (Target Account Selling) methodology in pursuit of wireless network opportunities.
- Drive 5G Sales opportunities through technical presentations.
- Act as the authority for advanced 5G and wireless technical solutions.
- Maintain an accurate forecast of business opportunities.

Critical Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in B2B Enterprise Sales within a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated recent and significant understanding and experience in network applications (wired and/or wireless).
- Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong wireless technology knowledge.
- Ability to clearly and articulately present wireless networking solutions at all levels of a potential client's business.
- Ability to create and advise on both client and internal business cases to gain consensus regarding decisions, plans and actions.
- Experience in large scale complex deals and ability to drive accretive revenue.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to establish and manage weekly cadence with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage sales metrics and ensure accurate reporting and measurements.
- Ability to listen, communicate and effectively build rapport with partners and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Possess a valid driver's licence.

Additional Requirements

- The selected candidate will need a valid driver's licence and a vehicle in order to have client-facing meetings.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Additional Information:

For work arrangements that are 'Hybrid', successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
