The Opportunity: We’re looking for a proactive Logistics Manager – North America to join our Operations team. This role is critical in leading the logistics function across the USA and Canada, ensuring our customers receive a premium King Living experience from order to delivery. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you’ll oversee warehousing, transport, and last‑mile delivery partners while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to shape and grow King Living’s presence in North America.

The Role

- Oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations across the USA and Canada, including warehousing, transport, and distribution.

- Manage relationships with logistics providers, ensuring consistent service levels and cost efficiency.

- Lead operational planning to meet seasonal demand and campaign‑driven sales peaks.

- Implement process improvements to streamline supply‑chain operations and enhance customer experience.

- Monitor inventory flows, stock accuracy, and order fulfilment to support retail and online sales.

- Partner with Customer Experience, Retail Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver on‑time delivery promises.

- Ensure compliance with regional regulations, customs, and cross‑border freight requirements.

- Analyse logistics performance, reporting on KPIs such as delivery accuracy, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction.

- Support the integration of new systems and technologies to optimise logistics efficiency across North America.

About You

- 6+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management (ideally across USA and Canada).

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.

- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with proven experience managing third‑party logistics partners.

- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance cost efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.

- Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency with logistics software, ERP/WMS systems, and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced, global retail environment.

- Strong understanding of US and Canadian freight regulations, customs processes, and distribution networks.

- A collaborative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a drive for operational excellence.
