About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven customer segmentation leader to drive growth within the Newcomers to Canada market. This role focuses on developing value propositions, partnerships, and programs that accelerate acquisition, engagement, and retention across personal banking products.

You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, analytics, sales, and external partners to bring customer-centric strategies to life and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer segment strategy and execution for the New to Canada market
- Analyze customer, competitor, and market insights to develop value propositions
- Drive partnerships, sponsorships, and customer engagement events
- Translate analytics into actionable customer and business insights
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, analytics, and product teams
- Monitor performance, forecasts, and advocate for resource prioritization
- Communicate program strategy and outcomes to senior stakeholders

Must-Have Qualifications

- 5–7 years experience in strategy, consulting, or product roles
- Banking or financial services industry experience
- Customer segmentation and market research expertise
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proven cross-functional leadership experience

Nice-to-Have

- MBA
- Experience supporting Newcomer or priority customer segments
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
