This role focuses on developing value propositions, partnerships, and programs that accelerate acquisition, engagement, and retention across personal banking products.You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, analytics, sales, and external partners to bring customer-centric strategies to life and deliver measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer segment strategy and execution for the New to Canada marketAnalyze customer, competitor, and market insights to develop value propositionsDrive partnerships, sponsorships, and customer engagement eventsTranslate analytics into actionable customer and business insightsCollaborate across marketing, sales, analytics, and product teamsMonitor performance, forecasts, and advocate for resource prioritizationCommunicate program strategy and outcomes to senior stakeholdersMust-Have Qualifications5–7 years experience in strategy, consulting, or product rolesBanking or financial services industry experienceCustomer segmentation and market research expertiseStrong quantitative and analytical skillsProven cross-functional leadership experienceNice-to-HaveMBAExperience supporting Newcomer or priority customer segmentsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong stakeholder and relationship management skills
