Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Acheson, AB. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you

- Pay rate: $20/hour

- Location: Acheson, AB

- Shifts: Monday to Friday | 830 AM - 5 PM

- Job type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries and requests, in person and by phone/email and processing payments when required

- Answering phones and emails and directing calls where required

- Entering data in a precise and efficient manner

- Mailing/shipping of correspondence and packages

- Filing and maintaining paperwork

- Operating office equipment

- Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous work experience in a customer service role, facing customers, or administration role is a must

- Proficient in MS Office Suite

- Able to function well as part of a team or independently

- Excellent communication and time management skills are a must

- Should have a professional and clean appearance with a constantly positive attitude while communicating with clients

- Should be available to work on a full-time basis

- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
