The Opportunity

We're looking for a seasoned Facilitator to join our Delivery team. This multi-faceted role is responsible for delivering EP's proprietary product experiences to our highest profile clients in addition to supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams as a subject matter expert in the domains of Human-Centered Design (HCD) through the lens of Design Thinking and Change Management.

Delivery Execution

1. Deliver "best ever workshop" experiences in person, and virtual, Train-the-Trainer programs, and speaking presentations that help companies around the world transform their workplaces, drive financial growth, and blaze paths to success.
2. In delivering EP's suite of product offerings, bring a thorough understanding and real-world examples of the application of HCD and Change Management to help build successful relationships with potential and existing accounts.
3. Through stories of application and outcomes, help clients understand the potential impact of HCD and Change Management in the context of their business.
4. Adapt workshop delivery to align with clients' needs and stated outcomes.
5. Champion the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of our facilitator Train-the-Trainer programs to build capability and confidence amongst our international network of certified facilitators.
6. Support the international facilitator network so they optimally deliver EP's workshops while creating impact on the businesses and institutions they serve.
7. Support Sales and Delivery to help grow the number of active facilitators we work with.

Sales and Business Support

1. Act as an extension of our Sales team by meeting with key stakeholders before, during, and after sessions to identify new opportunities, grow client relationships, and drive revenue.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert in sales discussions to help clients understand their innovation and change needs, and to support program selection and design.
3. Assist in program design, agenda customization, and proposal writing.
4. Support the development of the Sales team to build product knowledge and application.
5. Capture intelligence and client feedback on our products to share back with Product Owners in order to continually evolve our product offerings.
6. Partner with Marketing on thought leadership initiatives, e.g., keynote speaker, at conferences, webinars, C-level meetings, speaker series, panel discussions, etc.

Who You Are and What You've Accomplished:

1. Experience in using both HCD and Change Management preferably on medium to large scale and complex projects/initiatives.
2. Extensive facilitation experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
3. The ability to capture the imagination of a room of 10-500 people and keep them engaged for hours, whether in-person or in a virtual setting.
4. Experience working with varying audiences from front-line workers to CEOs.
5. Experience in business development, account management, or consulting.
6. The ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
7. Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems with experience using Zoom, MS Teams for virtual deliveries.
8. Availability outside of the typical 9 - 5 PM EST work schedule to virtually deliver to global clients in Europe and the Asia Pacific timezones.
9. The aspiration - and freedom - to travel globally, a minimum of three client-facing days per week, and don't mind your schedule being "up in the air". Travel will primarily be in North America.
10. Bonus: You are familiar with EP, our suite of products and come with one (or many) of our product certifications.
