Camp Experience Facilitator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Facilitator at the John Island Camp location in Spanish, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional program experiences for campers aged 7-14.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging program activities for campers
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of campers
- Build strong relationships with campers and staff members
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve program goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Possession of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a camp or similar setting
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR C certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
