In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting Rockwell Automation products while providing exceptional customer service to our National Customers. What You Will Do: - Support our Specialist and Sales team with Rockwell Automation and partnering products. - Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers in the electrical, electronics, and instrumentation fields. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their automation needs. - Obtain orders/quotation requests through Dynamics 365, telephone calls, inside sales team. - Follow up on written quotations to secure orders or identify reasons for loss of order. - Maintain system backorder report. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging automation technologies. What You Bring: - Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field). - Experience in industrial automation, electrical distribution, or control systems is an asset. - Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is highly preferred. - Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer needs. - Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. - Able to travel.
