The Role

We are currently searching for an Operations Administrator, reporting to the Supervisor, Operations. This is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity on the night shift (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and performing administrative tasks that contribute to overall logistics efficiency.

On-site at the Stoney Creek Distribution Centre

What You'll Be Doing

- Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork
- Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Providing customer service forinternal and external customers or third-party carriers
- Scheduling inbound and outbound load appointments with flexibility
- Investigatingand complete customer credit requests
- Building load manifests
- Performing other related duties and projects as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

- Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERPsystems experience using business process management software
- Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable

Skills

- Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy
- Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
