Are you outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about home design? Parkwood Homes is seeking a part-time or full-time Sales Associate to join our dynamic team In this role, you’ll support our sales team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and help manage the day‑to‑day operations of our show homes.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Sales Associate role includes:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience and supporting the daily operations of our show homes and sales centres. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

Customer Experience & Engagement

- Warmly greet and assist prospective buyers in our show homes.

- Share detailed information on floorplans, community amenities, and pricing.

- Build trust and rapport to understand client needs and guide them through the buying journey.

- Maintain accurate customer records and manage inquiry logs.

- Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and other documentation.

- Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure follow‑ups are completed.

Show Home Presentation

- Ensure show homes and sales centres are always clean, organized, and inviting.

- Monitor marketing material inventory and request restocks as needed.

- Support communication efforts via email and phone.

- Assist with event coordination, community initiatives, and occasional social media updates.

- Share customer feedback and observations to support continuous improvement.

Industry Insight

- Stay informed on homebuilding trends, new designs, and competitor offerings.

- Provide timely insights to the sales and marketing teams.

What You Bring:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (an asset).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

- A positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.

- Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
