Position: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

- HR Metrics: Utilize data-driven insights to assess HR effectiveness and implement improvements where needed.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Required Skills:

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management roles within diverse industries.
- LMIA Knowledge: Familiarity with LMIA processes for hiring foreign workers in Canada.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
