**Role Description**

This is a **full-time remote** role for an **Immigration Consultant** with **proven expertise in Canadian immigration** and the ability to **position and offer our services to qualified clients**. While your core responsibility will be to provide accurate, compliant, and professional immigration advice, you will also be expected to **identify client needs, position our services as the right solution, and guide prospective clients toward moving forward with us**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice to clients on Canadian immigration programs and policies.
- Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend optimal pathways.
- Position and offer our services to qualified prospects through effective consultations and relationship-building.
- Help prospective clients make informed decisions about proceeding with our services.
- Stay updated on evolving immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Represent clients in communications with IRCC and other relevant authorities.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and industry events to build brand presence and attract clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and encourage referrals through excellent service.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Must be a **licensed RCIC** in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Canadian immigration consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to position and offer services in a way that builds trust and leads to client engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Express Entry, PNPs, LMIA, family sponsorship, and other immigration pathways.
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-centered approach.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet both compliance and business growth objectives in a remote environment.
