The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a customer service-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. As the Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of equipment within a designated territory, driving optimal rental fleet utilization and carrying out rental processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage internal and external rentals requests within a designated territory
- Partner with internal Service employees to prioritize shop items
- Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure leads are captured and proper fleet utilization
- Administer contracts and monitor billing of machinery on rentals
- Manage quoting and territory market changes
- Support Sales Representatives with current customers, manage key account relationships over the phone, and add new and potential customers within the territory

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of related work experience in a sales or customer service environment
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft CRM is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

The base pay range for this role is: $47,600 to $55,000 per year depending on experience, plus bonuses.

This is an onsite role based in Edmonton, Alberta.
